1) Ensure that merging this branch doesn't break anything
   - Bundle
   - Migrate
   - Comment out the local dev in config/environments/development.rb

2) Add a feature to browse all the existing conversations against any raggable
3) Feature to create a new conversation
4) Figure out who gets to see which conversations
5) Progress bar updates for generating the assistant
6) When to regenerate the assistant (either - mark out of sync, manual regenerate [prefer], or automatically [not great])
7) UI/UX for progress page + assistant listing page (list of all assistants pending and ready)
